Resample Path

Intro​

Remove overlapping contours and/or simplify a path.

UI​

Merge Overlaps - When checked, any overlapping Contours will be either removed or joined depending on the Mode.

Mode - Select the type of resampling:

  • Union - Join the Contours together where they overlap.
  • Simplify - Remove any parts of the Contours that overlap with each other.

Simplify - Reduce the number of points on the Path.

Simplify Threshold - Set a distance within which a point will be removed. A larger value will result in a simpler Path.

Resample as Béziers - Convert the simplified points to bézier points.

Corner Angle - Any corner points which join at an angle above this value will be unaffected by the resampling and remain as corner points.
